- You acknowledge that your Clinic Administrator login credentials are intended for your individual use. If you choose to share access with other members of your clinic, you remain fully responsible for all actions performed under your account. It is your duty to ensure that any individual using your credentials complies with the same standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and lawful conduct outlined in this agreement.
Data Management and Privacy
- You agree to handle all doctor and patient information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and professional standards.
- We recommend that all users within your clinic keep their login details confidential and follow best practices for secure access to the platform.
- While bluemoongateway.com uses industry-standard encryption and access controls, you are responsible for for safeguarding your account credentials and for limiting access to authorized personnel within your clinic.
Consent and Fee Disclosure
- You understand and acknowledge that patients must be informed of and consent to any Doctor/Clinic fees for services processed through bluemoongateway.com.
- Platform and transaction fees applicable to doctors within your clinic are disclosed within each doctor’s profile. These fees are deducted from patient payments and not added on top of the service price. You agree that these fees are fair and commercially reasonable.
- Blue Moon Gateway reserves the right to adjust its fee structure. Any changes will be communicated through the platform in advance.
No Legal or Medical Advice
- Blue Moon Gateway does not provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. It is your responsibility to consult appropriate professionals to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and tax laws relevant to your clinic's operations.

Termination of Services
- Blue Moon Gateway reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Clinic Administrator account, with or without notice, in the event of platform misuse, violation of these terms, or breaches of applicable law or policy.
